do you have stock cams or did you replace them during the head work?

ok... well then its gotta be your cat. aftermarket cams with too much lift will make it impossible to pass inspection

I don't understand the question here. If you fail inspection, don't they tell you what failed? Inspection is when they do the visual right? Or did you fail the actual emissions test? As far as the leak. Where exactly is it coming from? What is your dizzy? Is that the distributor?

The distributor had an o-ring that might have gone bad already. That is the only other place I can think of that the oil may be leaking from. I was confused because the oil leak and CV shouldn't have anything to do with the inspection,... i don't think. Unless you are takling about inspection other than emissions.
