Awesome pic bro. It's so nice to see a nice stock Civic, they are actually tough to find because everyone beats them to death, but yours is gorgeous. Happy modding. Hows the 5 speed coming along?

ya Ebrake on inclines in your friend! after awhile youll not use the ebrake as much but i still used it quite a bit... just because some people are idiots and pull right up on your bumper so instead of rolling back into them just slightly pull the ebrake enough to keep it from rolling back into those idiots and once ya get creepen push it back down and go.

thanks dakota, it was tough to find a good condition civic, especially in Minnesota where the winters can take a beating on cars that aren't cared for. The 5 speed is coming great! I drove it to work and back today and it was pretty smooth. Just some small jerking getting into 1st and sometimes 2nd but not anywhere near as bad as i was. My love for manual is growing every time i drive it. I keep thinking to myself "How in the world did i find this gem?!?!?" lol

Truly to find a gem like that in as great of stock condition as it is, is pretty sweet man! And see it's not so bad after man practice runs, but ya you will usually have trouble in the lower gears speaking you have to get started with the release the clutch slowly while gives gas bull****, but hey your getting there, grats!

I wanted a manual but i ended up finding my 2000 lx sedan auto because it onlt has 40,000 miles on it ..very rare find indeed..

Ive never drove a manual car but its pretty similar to my motorcycle so im pretty sure ill be good at the clutch part

i went to car lot today cause they had a black 06 Civic coupe with 60k miles for only $9990..i though it was ganna be an auto but when we got in it for a test drive it was a manual..i have never driven a manual before but of course i didnt tell tha guy that cause i ride motorcycles and its pretty much the same concept...anyways i did great with a stick for the first time only stalled it once..i always seem to learn better under pressure haha..but i want a manual so bad now its fun as hell

Superfly- how much did it cost u to change it to manual?
