That car is in great shape. It's a gem. You should try talking to the seller because he needs a reality check. He should be willing to negotiate. Print out the KBB paper and take it to him. I would pay no more than $4000 for it. Just tell him "look, here's the value according to KBB. Modifications don't add to the value of the car, but i'm willing to give you $4000 anyway, which is above blue book value."

If he's not willing to negotiate then he's never going to sell it.

I texted him and he said " No thanks, find another car then." I guess thats how it is.

Well hell... if those are real Integra Type R wheels and it has the ITR hubs, you might offer him $5k. That's pretty badass... maybe that's why his price is so high.
