Is there any point of me having one? (i live in FL)
ive read about people making block off plates and was thinking about doing it
whats the pros/cons?
also do the newer civics even have them?
and i wanna get rid of it cuz my idle is still a lil high after cleaning my IACV twice

no im lazy i only wanna take it off once
on my old EG i had to clean fitv/iacv every few months AND I DONT WANNA HAVE TO DO THAT AGAIN

Do you have the air bleed screw all the way closed?

With the intake pipe off you can put your finger over the various holes in the throttle body before the throttle plate and see which devices are allowing air to flow. If none of them are, there must be a vacuum leak somewhere else.
