see the circled thing, my throttlebody is kinda like that but the circled peice isn't there. I was wondering where could it be? If last resort i'll go outside and video tape my tb so someone could help. Its for my 1990 honda civic cx. Its 1.5 litre (thats what cx's are right)

You probably have DPFI on your car (there would be a black air box on top of the throttle body that says "Dual Point Fuel Injection" on it). This system is completely different from the MPFI used on later models. I don't think they have a FITV.
I think only the 1.6 liter Si models of that year were MPFI. Everything else had DPFI. In addition, the CX might have an 8 valve 1.5 liter engine (really slow) instead of 16 valve (slow).

Well this is my problem, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTKroVxRmsw
i think its my fitv cuase i cleaned my iacv two days ago with carb cleaner and it didn't do nothing. Now when i bought the car the vaccuum hose was always out of the throttlebody and when i turned it on i had to press the gas lightley to keep it running, and after it warmed up 5 min it ran alright ( but still the hose was out and when i ran it an hour the idle would idle at 2-3000 rpm. So this guy increased the idle speed and so when i turn it on it would stay running byitself. So now my honda gets 350 kms per tank. heres the throttlebody i videotaped to show u guys

its kinda bad cause its dark outside but as u can see theres no fitv at the bottom of the tb.

It won't idle without you having caused a vacuum leak, that generally means the IACV is not working. Warm up the engine (I think you said it would keep idling in that condition) and then hook up all hoses properly.
Take the top off of the air box and see if any air is going into the hose on the side that goes down to the IACV. There should be some. If you block the hole for the hose, the engine should slow down or stall, same as disconnecting the IACV electrical plug. Have you tested the IACV coil for ohms?
