Default transmission and engine question. try not to get stumped.

theres alot of talk about engine swaps. bigger engines, smaller ride. that kind of talk.

and theres also talk about changing a stick shift car into an automatic transmission.

but now that we're in the future of automotive technology, theres this "stickmatic" function and the new evo project X with paddle shifters and no more clutch feature ...

i drive an automatic honda. go ahead laugh. but anyway ... my question is ... is it POSSIBLE, to change the automatic transmission in my civic right now (d16a8) ... or even the engine. and swap it with a b series engine with manual transmission?

the cops out here target rice boys. "if you can afford those parts, you can afford to pay this ticket".

i wanted to go all motor in my vehicle ... is this possible?

sure is possible to throw in a B series motor and do an auto to manual swap but it wont be a direct bolt in motor or anything you will probly have to do some fabrication. and with the manual swap you will probly have to do quite a bit.
