Default Gameshow: Name that wire connecter!

Here it is folks! 3 pictures of random connecters on a swapped in D16Y8 engine on a 97 Civic LX. Can YOU tell me what they are for? The grand prize is a Caribbean cruise!

So, in hopes of winning the cruise, why do you ask? No manual? You can get one here. It would seem to me if you have random connectors hanging around you have random ports with nothing connected. The first two pics look like connectors that haven't ever been used, due to the corrosion and wear. The last pic shows connectors that are clean, which tells me they WERE attached to something fairly recently. Any empty ports near by? I wouldn't recommend plugging random connectors into stuff, but if the fit looks right by the length of the wires, you may have a winner. Just sayin, I'm a noob.

It was just a small joke. I guess these forums are for serious people. I don't see any obvious connectors around that would plug into anything. I'll look into and read up on those manuals. I was just hoping someone may have known something.

Don't worry about NEED4SPEED, he's a little slow. I saw the humor in your post, as I'm sure most others did.

We need some more info on the swap. Is the Wiring Harness we're looking at the one that came in the car (intended for the y7)? I assume yes, judging by the gunk buildup, but have to know for sure. What year is the y8 from?

Anywho, the first picture: Correct me if I'm wrong, but these connectors are pretty much identical? Meaning, you could accidently plug one into the wrong spot and it would perfectly, am I right?

Really looks like there are parts of two harnesses in there, with some duplication. Swap jobs (and the people who do them) vary in their sophistication.
