Hello,

I've purchased 08 Civic LX just few weeks ago. And the gas mileage has been pretty low (i filled up the tank and i couldn't make it to 300 miles.) I don't drive like crazy and do a lot of highway driving. Is this normal on new vehicle or do you guys think it's something wrong??

From what I hear thats perfectly normal for new cars that haven't fully broken in yet. How many miles have you put on it so far?

 

Thanks for the response...! I've been driving it maybe less than 900 miles, so I guess the car haven't broken in quite enough? Hopefully it'll go up like 32mpg before too long...
