Default Getting Ready To Buy Question

Hi,
We put money down on a 2001 Civic LX, manual 5 speed with 85k on it.
Is there anything we should look out for?
The used car dealership has written on the sales order the price includes water pump/timing belt replacement when needed. I've checked a Civic manual for scheduled maintenance, and it says something like have this service done at ( not sure...) 120k or 7 years??
Would really appreciate any advice.
Thanks for your time.

That may be right 120k/7 . I changed my pump and 2nd belt at 150 on a 93 LX 5-spd I used to own. The pump was noisy so I guess 150k was pushing it.
