Default Glass shift *****...

Juts found this while surfing. Though I would share it. I like them, but they would have to be FREEZING on a cold morning. LOL

I like them, I don't think they would be any colder than a metal one in the morning though.

Looks cool, but I'm afraid it might break off when I shift.

Coefficient of thermal conductivity:

leather<glass<1<stainless steel<20<titanium<25<aluminum<260

meaning the one that'll be least cold to the touch is leather, then glass, then stainless, then titanium, then aluminum... granted, the metal ones will warm up faster than the glass or leather.

though obviously breakage factor of glass is much higher than any of the above

either way... pretty nifty

They're not glass, they're plastic...

"translucent and optically clear plastics are our specialty"

"
glass-like appearance"

I don't like being able to see the threading in the ****, either.

I think the best part about those things is teh FAQ page...

Never clean the **** with harsh solvents or dirty towels; they may dull or scratch the ****'s/collar's finish. Also, to prevent scratching your ****, remove any hand jewelry before using it.

**Edit: It's hard to concentrate with all this talk of polishing my ****.
