Default good/great battery?

I'm basically replacing all the stock crap on my grandpa's 2001 Honda Civic EX

Whats a good/great battery? money is not a issue, but not a shopping spree

Whats a good battery to run my Car Alarm, Sub/Amp, mybe a upgraded Horn and so on... off of?

I couldn't search Google, cause I didn't know the right size, and the correct wattage, if there is such a thing

Sorry for all these questions lately, thanks!

Do I need 2 different batteries, or mybe 2 of the same???
