Default Got a new civ.....

I just bought a 1991 civic hatch from my neighbor for a hundred bucks. the car didn't pass smog in 2002 and the guy just said screw it and bought himself a mini. now he wants to get rid of the car so i bought it off him, and i'm going to fix it and sell it, there is just a few problems:
1. The car was stolen and stripped twice. oddly enough he got the car back both times and it still ran.
2. the driver's front fender needs to be replaced it crunched beyond repair. any idea's where I can get one, Im in L.A.
3. When I say stripped I mean stripped, no stereo, seats all torn up, total piece.

I's that old civic tan color, it has a d15b something- can't tell need to clean the engine-cable clutch, no power steering, and it's a hard Clutch so I peel out like crazy, its fun, but I want to fix it and sell it. get it off my hands. it would be perfect for a race car, it's allready been stripped, i'm at achool reight now i'll give more details and a few pics later.....

whenever you purchase a car for $100, there'll be a lot of work to do.
