its OEM and looks ok but it could also use a repainting if your picky (i wouldn't)

well im going to guess 96-98.... get a picture of the top. if its missing one hole towards the center/passenger side its 96-98. if it has evenly spaced holes then its for a 99-00

but stock grills... not very desirable! only oem grill thats desirable is a 99-00SI grill. or SIR grill. but stock is lame.
