Ok I HAVE an answe, yeah that is right i can actually answer your question. As i just did this swap in a friends car a few weeks ago. the power steering pump would best be used from the a GSR motor itself. that way you can ensure it will fit. The D one will work as holding the two next to each other they are basically identical (mounting holes pully size, size in general) but i would get the GSR one just to play it safe.


Everyone that is saying "i don't have power steering and i don't mind" listen, he asked a question about the pump, not if he should use one. so if you can't asnwer his question, or at least give him some insite then don't bother posting... And this ESPECIALLY goes for Johnny

 

I drove with out both for quite a while, but now the teg has both and....im not complaining

 

parallel parking in really down hills or up hills streets, especially when you have to cram yourself between two cars without power steering can be a pain in the ****[&:]
