could i put an H23a in a 95 civic coupe???

yes you can. but its non-VTEC so i dont know if that applies to you or not.

well my friend has prelude and hehasan H23 block and get an H22 head ( ithink). so u can alway do that

yes you can... but why? it's non vtec, and you can get it's more powerful brother for fairly cheep... so unless it's free, and you can get a a H22 head and harness and ecu for free, then yeah i would .
