Default Having Transmission inspected. How often?

Howdy. Drive an 04 civic automatic with 125k on the clock. I'd like to think I take good care of it, take it to my mechanic for al the routine stuff, and all that. Not mechamically inclined at all and hoping for no major skeletons in the closet of the car. But my question regarding the transmission to be specific is how often should I have it inspected, new fluid etc? Had it with a transmission garage a year ago for new fluid.

i hope they used genuine honda atf fluid these transmissions are very particular on fluid. you don't really want to have it machine flushed honda does not recommend this only drain and fill procedure which you just drain out the fluid fill it back up and drive for awhile then repeat two more times.
