On a 93 civic will these work i only question it cuz on stock there is only one hole for the light ??

yea they'll work, you'll see how it works when you look at how their held in there right now.
Those ones IMO look stupid though because they don't match up in design or color with the other part of the headlight, I had some on my old Civic and took them off after a week and put these on instead, and I think these look much better:
