i have a 91 hatch i wuz doing some reserch my car wuz soposed to coem with a d12b1 but my block says d15b7 so looiking into it more every were i c says the d15 is a MPFI but on my motor i have a DPFI is this posibal or is something wrong hear ?

 

The engine has been swapped. They most likely didn't swap the ECU or the intake manifold when they did the swap, and you are left with a DPFI D15B7. It should run fine though.

 

That's exactly what my car has. Originally it would have come with a D15B2. A D15B7 core engine (block and head) is pretty much an exact drop-in replacement and will bolt up to the DPFI manifold. The D15B7 was stock on 1992 to 95 DX and other non-VTEC models.
