I cut the bolts from the rear camber because they were welded on to the bushing.. and now I can't get the studs out.. Has anyone done or now a way to remove this cut bolt?????

Three bolts for the rear camber/upper control arm that I know of. 2 going into the chassis, and one at the trailing arm. What are you referring to?
