I'm not entirely sure you understand temperature colors with HIDs. 6000K (which would be pure white, not blue) are the most efficient color; anything higher and you're actually losing light output. Personally, if I were doing HID fogs, I'd get 4000K HIDs; white with a hint of yellow, and a lot of usable light.
How exactly do you figure yellow fogs are ricy?

Pretty sure they don't sell them with HIDs. You're gonna have to buy some foglights on eBay or whatever that you like, and then when they get to your house, find out what bulb they are, and then order an HID kit. You don't want an eBay HID kit.

Everyone down here has some little yellow fog lights with no cap over them and have HUGE friggen wings that have a sorta bow shape to them and then they go straight on bottom, and all of them have yellow fog lights SUPER LOUD exhaust, they just destroy the look of a car, the hid with the yellow lights. I have a buddy with a teg, and he has yellow fog lights there so UGLY! I'm going to take a picture of my lights at night.
But thanks for clarifying the hid light thing with me how owuld i mount the ballace or whatever its called. do most people mount them in the bumper? or under the hood?
