Default Which HID's work best?

Hey guys, I was just curious if anyone could reccommend a brand/site to get HID's for my 2000 LX. I traded my stock headlights last year for these halo projectors, only to find out they are LED bulbs instead of regular bulbs and show no light. Instead of going back to stock, I want HID's, but I wasn't sure if the Ebay ones are reliable. And does anyone know if they are Illegal in Wisconsin??

Ya myself as well needs much better headlights so I was wondering if these Raptors are a good set and always what size bulb I have. My headlight the typical one from a 96-00 just with black housing which doesn't matter?

Well I only use one bulb so it has to be one or the other.

Also, if you have the H4 (single bulb) and you want to retain your lo/hi ability (to switch), then you have to pick up the Hi/Lo H4 bulb/kit (or otherwise known as bi-xenons).

So If I only got single bulbs I could not switch from Hi's to Lows?
