If you get H4, but not the Hi/Lo ones (which are 20 bucks more)..
When you try using your high beams nothing will happen.

^^ That is correct.

Again, I would double check local laws on HIDs and all that. Obviously, not having high beams would be a problem inspection/safety wise, so i would suggest to go with those.

The inspection in WI is just a gas cap pressure test & an OBDII scan for codes, that's it. OP where in WI are you? I am in Racine/Sturtevant (SE Wisconsin). I am also a member of WISHOC (WISconsin Honda Owners Club).

No need for error eliminator. Useless for our cars lol.
All you need is the Raptor HID kit. in H4 Hi/Lo.

this is what i ordered (over a year ago):
Apexcone Raptor HID Kit
Options:
Wattage : 35W Bulb Type : H4 Hi/Lo (+$20.00) Bulb Color : 6000K

That was all. (copied that from the confirmation Email they send you lol)

You dont need the harness.
The wattage is personal prefference.
the 55watt get the "color" washed out compared to 35watt.

Awesome man ya Im going with:
Raptor HID Kit 35W because I like the color, probably in 8K for a darker blue tint if you agree and the H4 Hi/Lo.
Im going to double check I have an H4 it should be on the headlight.

Got picks of your 6K's?

The bulbs you have in your car right now are 9003.
H4 replaces 9003. its a direct fit.

Last time i tried taking a pic to show the color of my hids... it didnt show the real color. its probably my phone camera that does that.. Its like a "cool blue". pretty much white, with a SLIGHT hint of blue.

Thanks for the help guys, since I dont have a decent set of headlights I would have to pick up a pair as well as the kit on ddmtuning. Does anyone know if these are legit?? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-00...Q5fAccessories
Just seems cheaper to get everything together. Opinions?
