bigger rims= bigger weight...do the math
its also harder on your transmission to have bigger rims because its harder to move them. physics and ****...same concept as a screwdriver...kinda. if the handle was smaller than the screw...youd have a bitch of a time getting unscrewed or screwed. if the handle is bigger than the screw, its much easier. same thing goes with transmissions and wheels. the bigger the wheel, the harder on your transmission it is

I am also interested in getting good mileage, but I'd also like to have extra power available if I should want/need it for whatever reason. As far as I know, an intake, headers, and an exhaust will help maximize your gas mileage, but I'm not sure how much or what other mods, if any, will also help.
