I had a drunk driver total my 2007 Accord in October of 2007. His father was politically connected and somehow managed to get him out of the DUI.. If that ever happens again, I am calling the local media.

Damn, Mitch. I just saw this thread. I hope everything with your back and the guys insurance goes ok. Im glad nobody got "Seriously" injured. I hope that guys gets what he deserves, as well as you do for Pain and Suffering, plus to buy another vehicle. Good luck with everything.

my back hurts like hell, and my neck is a little stiff. my lower back feels like someone is pinching the **** outta me. and this really sucks because i work on cars for a living and right now i am currently unable to. as soon as i got home everybody has been pulling up wanting work done, ive had to turn down so much work. and yea if it wasnt for that luggage rack on the back it would have been way way more serious and also im pretty sure my dogs would have been seriously hurt because they were in the back.

i really do appriciate all the support from everyone thanks guys.
