Are Honda dealers ready to service the new hybrid?
I bought the new 2006 civic hybrid with navigation about 6 weeks ago. Everything was great until a week and a half ago when the ima light went on. I brought the car to the dealer for service and it has been sitting there ever since. They keep changing their mind about what the problem is - even ordered the wrong part to fix it. As of today they are saying that it needs a new battery. I am wondering if the service people are up to speed on this new car - I was promised before purchase that they had been trained but I'm not buying that now. Anyone else have a similar experience?
