when i purchased my car I made the dealer throw in the Factory fog lights. they are on order, but im curious to where the switch goes to turn them on/off? anyone with the factory fog lights installed on a 08 civic???

I believe the switch goes next to the buttons that dims your speedometer lights.

 

i googled it. looks like the kit comes with a new switch for the headlights/fog

I have been a ford guy. my last ford (five hundred POS) made me try the jap route. this car put the fun back into my daily comute. dealer is installing my fog lights and splash guards today. then I'll get some new pics.

The new fogs come with a new signal stalk. Its on there.

 

The dealer should install the switch in there for you, the switch panel probably replaces a panel with a space left for the new switch to fit. Installing your own is DIY job if need be, but the dealer should definitely take care of mounting the switch for you.

 

Kimosi said that the foglight switch is on the signal stalk (the lever/switch on the left side of the steering column that controls turn signals and headlights)
