All the civics that are good deals are Autos?[:'(] Seems like the one's im looking for are always autos and if their a manual, priced to high. Anyone else have a problem like this when looking for a civic?

mainly because kids (probably like you) are wanting a manual beginners car, so... they get a civic and they look for a stick. that's why they're in greater demand (depending on the model civic)
