hey yall...i cant get the damn crank pully off...i have the flywheel jamed and all but i cant break the bolt loose....i have already broke a breaker bar and a rachet...any suggestions?.....i really wanna get my car runnning today but i need to put the timing belt..intake gasket and new oil pan gasket and hope it runs...but i need to do the timing belt and the crank pully is killin me

 

ive never managed to get one off without an impact. you arent really supposed to use them, but unless you have a lift, its hard to get enough room in there. oh, and it cant be a little cheapie gun either. i had to go buy a 565lb.-ft. one to get the one off the "Lude i just did, and even with that, i had to hammer for like 3 minutes.

 

yea im going to be buying an air compressor this week....i have a ?...do u know how many cfm that big impact gun u got takes?...i am trying to find a good air compressor
