u dont lose power at all w/out da cat... u wanna run it w/ a straight pipe go ahead but like da guy above me says, it'll be LOUD. i got headers high flow cat n cat-bak n when i go to car meets, everybody's cars sound 3-4 times louder den mine!

If you're not DD'ing the car then go for it, test pipe the **** out of it.

If you're racing on a dirt track it's probably not a great idea to go with cold air intake. I would go with a short ram.

just to let ya guys know, i suggested during our aim convo that he should gut cat, put intake, shave head and put the d16y8 head gasket on it to raise his compression so he will have a little more power.

thanks for alll the help i think im going to do the gasket. i already have a header coming so im going to run stright pipe to a glass. i dont have to shave the head to do chang the gasket.? what about a tb or tb spacer??

another quick question. is there a easy way i can toe the tires? and how can i make the passanger side of the car stiffer? thanks for all your help guys
