Default IF YOU HAD $1500
If you had 1500, what would you do to a 94 civic 4 dr. The car is stock and 1500 is all you got, what would you do...

probly would go with a h23 swap personally.

psh maybe a **** set of coilovers but nice ones with nice shocks will run you well into the 2k's

put on a kit with a fresh paint job imo, if not that then, header, intake, catback system, short shifter, tints and maybe another modification

suspension, with all new bushings.

k-sports would be under $700 ,and afaik thereare pretty good since i have them.and thats just one brand, i bet b&g and koni+ground crontrol coilsare in that price range too.
