i would vote for a new suspension, rims and an exhaust.

dont get a turbo unless you have enough money to be able to fix a blown motor

Probably would only be good with a 12ft wing...lol

Seriously, Suspension would probably be your best bet. With the left over money help the engine breathe alittle better (i/h/e)

on my personal car i would get all new bushings. new struts and lowering springs. then a set of nice rota 15' rims and a decent set of performance tires. if i had any money left over a front lip

if not that, then lowering springs, new rims and tires and dark window tint. you'd still have money leftover for candy, to boot...
