im confused about a swap, can anyone help??

a wire harness would make it easier, but the only difference between the wire harnesses is the Z6 one has 2 more wires, for VTEC. It'd be cheaper and simpler to just add those extra 2 wires yourself and hook them to the appropriate pin on the ECU harness.
