Oh, that part i'm not worried about, i am just gonna get some sort of cover, its the lens i am wondering about. the glass one is going to screw up output,

o ok... i see what ya mean about the lense....
hum..... after thinking about it......... ya might wana buy aftermarket headlights........ like MAYBE some aftermarket projectors... and just a MAYBE maybe you could bake them apart and simply use the clear lense portion on your modified headlights.... or just modify the aftermarket housings

No way in hell i am getting projector housings, i would just get soemthing like these, and use those for the retrofit

ya thats what i ment...LOL sorry.... i was talking about JUST using the clear lense...........
if ya get what i mean

tho OEM glass ones should hold up alot beter and fit beter BUT that glass cannt be smoothed so it would definatly throw off that hid output

Brasso is a really good rubbing compund but im not sure if it can do glass:

ok so let's get this bitch rollin again, as many of you know i am ordering some new headlights


And i just ordered a set of 85112+ D2S bulbs from a member on HIDplanet.com. these retail at $210 a piece at my local honda dealership [:-] but i got both for $60, mind you they are used but only have about 15 hours on each

all that's left is some AMP to D2S connectors
