Default Interior LED light issues

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I have a 2008 Civic EX coupe which I have recently placed LED lights for license plate, back up and all interior lights. They are great.

However, about a month ago my map lights and dome light on the ceiling in the interior stopped working. Then one day my left map light started to work, then stopped, Then another day the dome light started to work and then stopped. Then most recently the left map light started to work at like 1/2 power and then stopped.

WTF? I have checked the fuses and they seem ok. Anybody have any ideas? Does anybody know the EXACT fuses these correspond to in case I am looking at the wrong ones. I have checked the interior light and small lights fuses.

Anyways, the way they sometimes work make me thing it is something other than a fuse.

Thank you in advance for your help.

My guess would be failure of the LED modules. Measure voltage right at the module.
