Default Just my luck

Last night on my way home from work my psgr. side window falls off track. Today in Tx it is raining. So I go out, in the rain, to see why it fell off track and it looks like it just decided to I couldn't find anything wrong, except that my window wouldn't go all the way up

Did you pull off the door panel to inspect? It's probably a bad window regulator. If that's indeed the problem, you can pick up a new one at the Honda dealer or get a better price online here:

How can you tell if the regulator is bad? I did take the door panel off and the window was off track so I took I took off the bolt to the front guide and placed the window back in track put the bolt back in and then it went back up but very slowly

From what you are saying, the regulator may be fine. If you now have the window properly aligned, you might try spraying a little silicone lubricant into rubber window channels.
