I just purchased a 2007 Civic and there is no light to notify you when the wiper fluid is getting low (except on Canadian models). My guess is that the ICON and light are there but just not activated. Anyone know if there is a way to turn this feature on???

I wouldn't really worry about it. the best way to determine if you have fliud it try to spray the windshield lol, if it is there it is, if not then refill

and if you really wanna be sure then just fill it up
