i have a 1.5 civic VEi (D15Z1) SOHC VTEC, and wanted to know if you could do the mini me swap like you can on the LSI & ESI with the (D16Z6).

Thats whata mini me is, taking the 1.6l vtechead and putting it on the non-vtec block

Mini me has been discussed quite thoroughly here, please try and use the SEARCH feature

i have the 1.5 VEi (VTEC-E) can u put the ESi cylinder heads on them or just the 1.5LSi (non VTEC's)????

you already have vtec...I don't know that you can really gain a whole lot. I understand that it's just swapping a non-vtec head for a vtec head (correct me if I'm wrong). Do spend some time reading up on it.
