mod a d16y7 or get a b series, etc?

I would go the turbo route, its the cheapest. Installing all the pieces imo doesnt seem that hard. The worst part is tuning. It will also be the most expensive "piece" you will have to buy. And by piece i mean a chipped ecu or piggy back, dyno time, and paying for someone to tune it.

hey if your in Ca n ne where near ontario or san bernadino i can get you a cheaaappp! h22 swap my cuz works at pick-a-part they have im sure on the ecu 5sp tranny n the block not sure one axles but the swap would cost you around 700-to 800 / they all so have a cupple b18zc non vtec n b16 vtecs so if ur interested deffinitly get back at me

mini me swap to vtec is nice, but i don't think the troubles are worth the gain. just turbo your stock engine first to get a good 200whp, this is more than any stock swap can get you and for less. then if you want more power, rebuild the bottom end for like 600 and up the boost even more to get 300whp or whatever. now if you still want more power, then go with the mini me and get the head ported at the same time.
don't use a piggy back, use crome, hondata, or neptune and find a tuner in your area
research on turbod16.com

i recommend the neptune rtp, cheaper than the hondata s300 and just as good. i'm personally usin hondata but that's only due to lack of neptune tuner nearby. if you can find a good crome tuner, go with it cuz the system is free
