I bought my civic last november and the 1 owner before me had installed the viper alarm system. I dont know too much about them so any information would help. My problem is the siren is broken, unless I set it off while the hood is up and I can faintly hear it from within the depths of the car if that makes any sense. If anyone knows what I can do about that if anything, that would be great. Thanks

 

Yep, if your siren is broking, just go anywhere, any parts store or whatever and buy a new 12V car siren, then you just take the old one out, cut the wires, and hook up the new one. It will take you 5 minutes. I have a viper alarm, and the siren was really quiet, so I just added another one I found at a scrap yard, its sooooo loud now and it sounds like 2 different alarms going off.
