Is it my windows regulator motor or the switch?

Well I live in Ware Shoals SC and I guess our Local Honda dealership(Greenville SC) will charge the same thing? 50 bucks is cheap enough.
I wonder how much they would charge to put it on if I left the door panel off? I have no idea how to get the regulator/motor off the door.
