so i like to work on my car but there are tons of things that i don't know how to do. i live near downtown la (90005) and would like to work on cars with someone cool.

If you don't know stuff about your car, go buy a haynes manual. You can read about it, and they make it easy to do, or at least try to make it easy... lol

 

You will have much better luck on a local forum. I'm on a local motorcycle forum and the people on there are really helpful and they are willing to help you out if you ask.

Well, considering I'm on Central Time, and I had to adjust my profile for +2 hours, that puts this forum in the Pacific Time Zone. It might be more' local' than you think.
