i just gotta 1994 civic dx and need some suggestions on what I should do to it. Im on a low budget and want to gain around another 90-100 hp

Either way, you can get a nice little set up going for either one with 2k.

 

I dont have a problem with boosting it I guess I could do that after the header and catback exhaust

 

Well, the header is part of the turbo system, so no worries there, just focus on free flowing exhaust system. Then, you can move onto rods, low compression pistons, nice turbo kit, and a good tune. Might be a little over 2k, but with the right research and good deals, you can make it happen.

 

yeah its got an intake so i'll put an exhaust on it next
