The thing with tools is that you get what you pay for. A quality screwdriver will last a lifetime while a cheapo will be rendered useless in 15 minutes. You can go ahead and buy that set, since they're allright to do some things, but don't expect it to last

I know how it is looking for tools when your just starting out. I bought my first tool set last summer, and it wasn't cheap. I'm not rich, i'm a high school Sr. and i don't really have that much money to spend on tools. I bought this Craftsman 263 piece tool set. It has a lifetime warranty, no matter what i do theyw ill replace it. I got it for $200 and i have never had a problem with it. I actually use the sockets from the set on my impact gun and haven't had a problem. This set has a bunch of tools and there aren't too many tools that aren't in there. The only tools i've bought have been automotive specific tools (like line wrenches).

prolly not a bad buy since its less than $50 shipped, but if ppl start bidding it could go up pretty high. most tools will last you a really long time IF you take very good care of them. i've got tools that my step dad has had forever and use them all the time still....
