Default new carbon fiber hood latches but leaves gap!

So my new carbon fiber hood latches but will not close all the way. it has lik a 2 inch gap. It came with hood pins, so i gess i have to remove the hood latch and use the pins? what do i need and how do i install the hood pins?

well first off check out the hood bump stops. they could easily hold the hood up if the hood pins typicaly get put there.
if there is a stock hood latch built into it i wouldnt think that would hold anything up that high.

make sure that the hood latch and the catch on the hood match up.

lol, i found out the problem, i didnt shut the hood hard enuff.... Thing is so light...

Hood looks good though. Is the Mugen grille real CF?

And your car's starting to remind me of the b18b-swapped EK that got sold out from under me lol

dont slam the hood firmly push it closed.also do you not have nozzle holes and what brand is that?????

No nozzle holes, its TCsportline hood.

Its fake. I would have went with black, but i wasint thinking.. people like it (becuse it sticks out), i tell them it looks ugle.
