Your engine will not safely produce 250 WHP on stock internals. On nitrous I would not recommend going more than a 75 shot on that engine. Personally, I would not go with nitrous at all.

A few reasons:
1. It's kinda ricey/embarrassing to have in a way. The Fast & the Furious movies are to blame for that. Some people use nitrous oxide because they have decided that is the best choice and they have done their research and such... I would not consider that ricey because they have a legitimate reason for choosing it. But, it seems that most people choose to use nitrous because they saw it in The Fast & the Furious... that's a stupid reason to pick it.
2. In the long run it is more expensive than a turbo because you have to refill the bottle for as long as you want to keep using nitrous
3. you have to go somewhere to get it filled up (which can be hard to find). With a turbo there is nothing to run out of over time, except for things you already need anyway like gas and oil. (hopefully your oil doesn't "run out"... it just needs to be changed of course)
4. it isn't street legal

^ have you ever used it? i have and it does eat your pistons especially on a stock engine. it makes a really lean burn and very hot.

Let me clarify:

You are saying that no matter what, after a few sprays of nitrous he will need a rebuild.

I am saying that is not necessarily true, because it's not guaranteed that he will need a rebuild after a few sprays of nitrous.
