Default newly swapped h22 hatch or fix my b16?

so i recently threw a rod in my b16a in my 95 coupe. well, its been towed to a shop and they're gonna give me an estimate within the next few days. im guessing probably around 2 grand. meanwhile... there's a person in my area selling a 96 hatch with a jdm h22 swap (less than 1k miles on it since he swapped it), new exedy stage 2 clutch, new 8 lb fidanza flywheel, AEM SRI intake, exhaust and header of some sort, and lots of other parts. he's selling it for 5500. im considering purchasing this and trashing my civic to a junkyard or something. what do you guys think?

You could part your civic out and prob make 2K.

i'm thinking i'll hopefully go with the h22. the hatch needs a new paintjob, but other than that, it isnt too bad. another question, i have some aftermarket wheels on my 95 coupe. do the 96-2000 civics have the 4 x 100 lug pattern like the 92-95 do?
