So, I'm going to be painting my Grille... The only problem is.. i don't know how.
I have all the sand paper, matching paint, primer, and clear coat...
Now what?

Also.. it's raining today.. should i wait for a dry day? or does it matter if i'm going to be in my garage?

 

if your going to be in the garage should be fine as long as wind doest blow any dirt onto the grill and as long as the rain cant get to the grill you will be fine.

EDIT: actually i think you should wait. Paint sticks on better when its warm.

take some soap and wash the grill. take the lowest grit sandpaper and sand it a little. work your way up to about 1500 to 2000 grit. wash it up again. tape up the black mesh with painters tape. spray 3 layers of primer, wait 10 minutes between each coat. when the primer dries, spray on 3 layers of the color paint, wait 10 minutes between each coat as well. take the clear coat and spray 2-3 layers, wait 10 minutes between each coat as well. you can spray as much or little primer, color, and clear coat as you think looks good. wait a day or at least overnight and slap the grill back on
