Default Opinions on future build

Ok, so as many of you kno I had to scrap the turbo project that I started over the summer. Since then I have been pretty much planning and thinking about what im going to next summer and into the school year since I will be able to bring the car up to college. Now the plan so far is to spend all my money and time this summer fixing the little stuff on the car, such as the hood that I never painted from my accident and it has started to rust really badly, so I'm thinking new paint job this summer. Anyways my question is should I do the mild turbo build that I had planned the first time and aim for about 200hp? Or should I do a b18 swap and shoot for 300hp? I kno money is the major factor, but I will have so much time. I can leave the car up on blocks all school year long, no problem cause you can get anywhere you need to go on bike. I would be able to spend all year saving money and working on the car not really caring about a time limit. Let me know your opinions, the bit issue is cost. It would probably be a b18 non vtec engine.

i voted for the D. because you already have the engine in the car, which makes it one step closer to completion, plus its cheaper like the dude above said.

ive starting running the numbers and i think the b is out of my budget it was a nice thing to dream about but i think boosting the d and maintaining it will be a good enough project for me.
