really? i was thinking it would be more like 3000 3800 maybe if it was installed. i have no clue what to do then, would a b16a be cheaper? i want a daily driver that i can take to the track, but i work 38 hours a week and make like 1200 a month, so i dont really want to spend 4 grand on a motor, but a d16y7 just does not pay the bills. the bills being giving me my jollies by beating my friends 95 s500 coupe benz...ya i know i would need like 10 grand to keep up with his car

lol, dude HELL NO!!! A b18c5 is an Integra type R motor dude... normally it's about $4000 for the engine and trans alone, so if they will include mounts and everything for your car, they're hooking you up! If you're looking for something cheaper, go with an LS/vtec, CRVtec, or B16 setup. Search through the stickies and you should find all the info you need, but no, they really aren't ripping you off at all dude

That's a pretty decent price imo. In the Netherlands that swap wil probably cost about 4200 euro's. That's if you want it done right.

you could save a few bucks and probably get down to your price range of 3000 if you buy the engine yourself and take it to them.

no this is for them getting the engine for me. its the price of the swap riceburner. I would have to do the swap in my automotive class, which would be hell, because i would probably do things wrong and have to go back and figure stuff out, and on the other side of it if i did it in class i would b without a car for about a month
