don't turbo that engine unless you really know what you're doing. It's already high compression and not so boost-friendly on the stock internals.

o really? then my question would be what makes it soo great? because, not saying i would need more then what would it be 160whp, but if it is such a great motor, why is the price soo high, wouldnt people just boost a b16a? or is that a high compression motor too? or is the b18c5 a good motor in which people buy for na applications where they can get a lot of power w/o boosting?

Man, if you're wanting to boost I would go with a k24. You can get a k24 pretty cheap and it has lower compression so you could boost the hell out of it. Hell, if you were lucky you could pick up the k24 and then find a totalled fg2-fa5 and swap the tranny out (should bolt right up, not 100% on that though) and have a boost friendly motor with a 6 spd w/lsdtranny coupled to it. You might have to get some custom motor mounts made for it though, idk.

If you're wanting to go with an n/a application (which I personally am a big fan of) I would go with a k20a2 and build the **** out of it. That's going to cost you quite a bit of money though (www.hmotorsonline.com for comparison) but you'd have an extremely fun to drive car afterwards.
